Born in Asia, raised in Europe, and having worked extensively in both worlds, I am passionate about connecting people and companies across cultures. With over 14 years of international leadership experience, I have successfully founded several companies and now focus on consulting for international business development.
I specialize in helping small and medium-sized enterprises with strong products and services expand into overseas markets, build sustainable partnerships, and attract global talent to stay innovative and competitive. I believe diversity is a key driver for growth—enabling businesses to increase opportunities while reducing risks.
I hold an Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University, and currently live in Osaka, Japan, where I continue to support companies in bridging Asia and Europe.

I am passionate about building and scaling businesses across borders. Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Paris, and Ho Chi Minh City, helping more than 400 companies enter new markets and grow internationally.
I started my career in M&A with KPMG in Paris, later led the small & mid-cap practice at Mazars in Shanghai, and built the Asian division of a leading market-entry consulting firm. Today, I run my own advisory practice, supporting entrepreneurs and business owners in sectors such as agritech, food, automotive, and fintech.
Alongside practice, I am pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School, serve as Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, and lead the AI Venture Lab, where I work with AI ventures from INSEAD, Harvard, and Stanford. I am particularly interested in early-stage ventures, Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, and mentoring founders.
